Highlight of design procedure

1) Search function to help access multi categories of setting

2) A/B test for "on/off" toggle feature

Participants in empathy workshop show that they wish to have different categories for dog caring but they are fear of searching through keep scrolling down. Therefore, a search function is added for users to preview the list of category and access the exact destination directly.

Evaluate toggle feature through A/B test

Scope
To evaluate the usability of an on/off toggle feature, with a focus on the presence of icons and the ease of switching states.

Methodology
Tasks - Participants were asked to toggle the feature on and off under option 1,2 &3 below.
Metrics - Time taken to toggle, user satisfaction rating and error rate.

Conclusion
The usability test highlights the importance of both visual elements and interaction design in creating an effective toggle feature. The final UI of app uses mixture of icon with tick for "on" and clean toggle for "off".
